Often the best use of our foundation’s resources is to assist other non-profits with their good deeds. Becky Siren’s Cool Charity was deserving of our support. Becky began Cool Charity in 2002. Among their many successful fund-raising programs is their annual Auburn Lake Trails Golf Tournament, Thanksgiving Day “Run Hunger Off the Divide” and Adopt an Angel.

Cool Charity supports families across the Georgetown Divide, providing hygiene items, food gift cards, warm clothing, and holiday gifts. Last year Cool Charity improved the lives of 150 needy families.

We like helping Cool Charity because like us they are an all-volunteer organization with a local focus.

Helping other charities with their efforts to help others is one way we improve our community and the lives of others.
